Why are we hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer?

Twain is built with a small engineering team of 4 people (in a company of 7 in total). While we plan to stay small, we want to add one more engineer to help us keep up our pace for new development, while staying stable as our user base grows.

We need an engineer who can meet a high bar, thrive on ownership and ship fast. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in a small team like ours, you’ll interact with all parts of our stack.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Build campaign workflows, customizable editors and onboarding flows.
• Manage complex state across users, teams, workspaces and subscriptions.
• Optimize performance for larger collections and workflows.
• Implement targeted testing to catch issues early.
• Build integrations with other GTM tools.

What success looks like

• You communicate proactively, surface roadblocks early and balance user needs with engineering realities.
